What it is
Your notes, conversations, decisions and listening live in one private record. Each keeps its original words, its own dates and its origin, so a moment stays recognizable wherever it appears, and a later reading never rewrites what you first wrote.
Where a thought arrives, becomes work, and can be found again.
Write with honest dates: a year stays a year, and an unknown date stays unknown. Every save is a new revision, so nothing you wrote before is overwritten. Reflect on a note with Entity when you want a second look.

Entity answers only from the sources you chose. Each line points to the exact passage it came from, it names what it couldn't read, and when nothing matches, it says so. It shows how each answer was made, and it never pretends to be human.

No step silently grants permission for the next. Saving isn't adopting, choosing isn't acting, and inviting someone isn't opening your whole record.
How it treats your words
A memory worth trusting has to show its work.
Your words, a kept Human–AI conversation, machine text, generated text, or origin unknown: each is shown as a word and a shape, never by color alone. Generated text can never be relabeled as yours.
When something happened, when you knew it, and when it was recorded are kept apart. Ask “as I knew it then,” and anything you learned later stays out of the answer.
Each line of an answer opens the exact passage behind it. Confirm it or correct it: a correction becomes a new revision, and the original stays in the history.
Today your record lives on a private node on your own machine. Sending anything to a language model, or to another person, is a separate choice you make. Remove something, and its words leave search, sealed snapshots and the answers that quoted it.
